As Senior Vice President, Business Development, you will play a critical role in developing and executing business partnerships that drive Tickr’s eBusiness platform into new global markets.
Candidates should have a proven track record of building and sustaining strong and successful relationships across global distribution networks that span B2B and consumer eCommerce and eMarketing platforms.
This role reports to the CEO and requires effective management of a team, strategic planning and development, results-driven partner management, and contract negotiations. You’ll set aggressive growth objectives that align with our worldwide strategy and orchestrate support for our largest agreements to consistently deliver according to plan.
You will be responsible for running cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to define, build and roll-out innovative technology and business process solutions to improve customer experience, increase revenue, drive efficiencies and build long-term partner relationships.
This position will require you to work with senior management and global teams to define processes and system roadmaps and drive improvements of the organization. This effort is directly linked to our sales strategy and needs to be forward-looking.
Work with Tickr finance, engineering, and marketing leadership to define and run business process and technology roadmaps in support of long-term strategies
Collaborate actively with partners on the design, development, implementation, and management of solutions for customers.
Manage spending for adherence to cap/opex budget, recommended variances as necessary
Lead change, and implement new ideas effectively within the Tickr culture. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a partner-focused approach.
Compensation will be based on experience and may include a strong equity component.
